Blood clotting cases are very low after getting vaccinated in the country, so far only 26 cases have been found

There are very few cases of blood clotting after vaccination against the Covid-19 epidemic in India, and the number is as high as possible estimates in the country. This information was revealed in a report of the National AEFI Committee of the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on Monday.

 

 

The committee has said that 26 cases of blood clotting have been found so far in the country after taking Covishield. At the same time, the committee has not found any such case regarding Kovaxin. The ministry issued an advisory on those taking the Covishield vaccine and said that if there is any problem for 20 days, go immediately to the vaccine center.

Of these, 498 have completed a review of cases of serious and serious incidents. Of these, 26 cases were of clotting. These belonged to Covishield, while it was not reported after taking the Kovaxin dose. In Britain, such cases are four per 1 lakh and in Germany 10 per 1 lakh.
