The advisory states that operations at the Consulate General of Canada in Bangalore, Chandigarh, and Mumbai have been currently suspended. Canada issues new 'advice' for citizens

The advisory states that 'Do not talk to strangers in Delhi and National Capital Region and do not share your personal information with them. Avoid going to crowded areas and also avoid public transport. Whenever you go out, tell your friends or family about your travel plans.
