To ensure smooth traffic flow in the city on the occasion of Chhath Puja, the traffic police have issued special routes.
Starting today, vehicles will operate only on designated routes. According to the instructions, there will be a complete ban on vehicular movement on several major roads from 1 pm to 9 pm on October 27th and from 2 am to 9 am on October 28th.
During this period, there will be a no-entry order for all types of vehicles traveling from Pooja Talkies to City Center and from City Center, Bekarbandh Chowk to Pooja Talkies.
Alternative routes will be as follows:
Vehicles coming from Memco Mor will proceed to their destination via City Center, Lubi Circular Road, and Randhir Verma Chowk.
Vehicles coming from Bank Mor will proceed to Pooja Talkies DRM Chowk, Randhir Verma Chowk.
Vehicles going from City Center towards Memco Mor will turn right at the cut near Dhaiya Petrol Pump. A one-way system will be in effect on this route from Dhaiya Petrol Pump to Lilavati Marriage Venue.
