China has started the second day's military drill near Taiwan. During this, Chinese jets again entered Taiwan's airspace. Taiwanese Defense Ministry said – On Friday morning, several Chinese fighter jets and ships crossed the median line of the Taiwan Strait. They are deliberately trying to cross the Taiwan Strait. This military exercise is going on in 6 areas around Taiwan.

The dispute between China and Taiwan escalated over the visit of US Parliament Speaker Nancy Pelosi to Taiwan. Pelosi arrived in Taiwan on August 2. As soon as he returned, China started a military drill near Taiwan on 4 August.

Nancy arrived in Japan

Meanwhile, Nancy Pelosi reached Japan after visiting Taiwan. He condemned the Chinese military exercise. Pelosi said – China cannot isolate Taiwan by preventing US officials from traveling to Taiwan. We will not allow Taiwan to be isolated. America will stop China from doing this.

Yesterday 11 ballistic missiles were fired

This exercise will run till August 7. On the first day of the military exercise, more than 100 Chinese fighter jets flew in the northern, south-west, and south-eastern airspace of Taiwan. 11 Dongfeng ballistic missiles were also fired near Taiwan's northeast and southwest coast.

Chinese missiles fell into Japanese territory

Five ballistic missiles fired by China fell in the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) of Japan. Japan's Defense Minister Nobuo Kishi said that a protest was lodged through the diplomatic channel.

China has named this military exercise 'Live Firing'. According to Chinese state media, this military drill is being done just 16 km off the Taiwanese coast. Real weapons and ammunition are being used in this. Earlier, China used to do this drill about 100 km away from Taiwan, but after Nancy's visit, it has now reached very close.
