There is a continuous increase in the cases of corona (COVID-19) in Delhi. After getting 331 new corona patients in Delhi on Monday, the total number of infected people here has crossed 14.43 lakh. With this, the positivity rate has also increased to near 0.70 percent. At the same time, if we look at the active cases, then it has also increased to close to 1300.
According to the Health Bulletin issued by the Health Department of Delhi Government on Monday, in the last 24 hours where 331 new patients of Corona have been found, today one patient also died due to infection. Today 144 people in Delhi have returned to their homes after getting corona free. The Health Department said that so far the total number of infected in Delhi has gone up to 14,43,683.
Now the active cases of coronavirus infection in the capital have also increased once again to 1289. At the same time, till now a total of 14,17,288 patients have become corona-free after beating this epidemic. With this, the death toll has gone up to 25,106 so far.
According to the Delhi Health Department, a total of 48,589 tests have been done in Delhi today. Of these, 46,549 RTPR/ CBNAAT/ TrueNat tests and 2,040 rapid antigen tests were conducted. A total of 32,44,7831 tests have been conducted in Delhi so far and 17,07,780 tests have been done per 10 lakh people. With this, the number of containment zones has also increased again to 310.
Explain that due to the increasing cases of Covid-19 in Delhi, the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) has announced the imposition of a night curfew from Monday. Patients and pregnant women, people buying essential commodities, and commuting to and from railway stations, bus stops, and airports will be exempted from the night curfew beginning at 11 pm. As per the order of DDMA, the ban will continue from 11 pm to 5 am. The DDMA order said that those exempted from the curfew include government officials involved in emergency services, judges and judicial officers, medical personnel, and media persons.

The Union Health Ministry said in the data released on Monday that out of 578 people infected with Omicron, 151 have been cured or have gone abroad. Delhi has the highest number of 142, followed by 141 in Maharashtra, 57 in Kerala, 49 in Gujarat, 43 in Rajasthan, and 41 in Telangana.
