According to the News 18 report, the meeting was attended by Suresh Baby, Damodhar, KL Narayana, Chinna Babu, BVSN Prasad, Sudhakar Reddy, film director Kortala Siva, Anil Ravipudi, K Raghavendra Rao, Prashant Verma, Nagarjuna, Shiva Balaji and Venkatesh. Interestingly, this was the first time after the Konda Surekha controversy that Nagarjuna met the Chief Minister.

In the meeting with cinema stars, the Chief Minister has assured full support to the Telugu film industry. Talking about the stampede in Sandhya Theater, he said that the stars should also take the responsibility of controlling their fans. He says that no kind of compromise can be made with the legal system.
