Veteran directors and actors of Telugu cinema arrived to meet the CM of Telangana. According to the News 18 report, the meeting was attended by Suresh Baby, Damodhar, KL Narayana, Chinna Babu, BVSN Prasad, Sudhakar Reddy, film director Kortala Siva, Anil Ravipudi, K Raghavendra Rao, Prashant Verma, Nagarjuna, Shiva Balaji and Venkatesh. Interestingly, this was the first time after the Konda Surekha controversy that Nagarjuna met the Chief Minister.

What did CM Revanth Reddy say?

 

In the meeting with cinema stars, the Chief Minister has assured full support to the Telugu film industry. Talking about the stampede in Sandhya Theater, he said that the stars should also take the responsibility of controlling their fans. He says that no kind of compromise can be made with the legal system.

 

Let us tell you that Reddy's rhetoric against Pushpa 2 actor Allu Arjun is not hidden from anyone. The CM has said many times that we should think more about the victim's family. Reddy has even said that the actor ignored the police and this tragic incident happened due to his negligence.

 

Allu Arjun is trapped due to this case.

 

Pushpa was released in theaters on December 5. Allu Arjun had arrived during the screening of the film at Sandhya Theater in Hyderabad. During this, the fans went out of control after seeing him and everyone was trying to get a glimpse of him. Due to the stampede, a 35-year-old woman named Revathi died. At the same time, her son was injured, and is undergoing treatment. Taking action on this matter, the police arrested Allu Arjun on December 13. After being produced in the lower court, he was sent to judicial custody. However, the High Court granted relief to the Pushpa 2 actor and granted him bail.
