The Central Armed Police Force (CAPF) and two other forces have so far reported more than 1600 corona infection cases. The active cases of corona are 149 in CRPF, 82 in BSF, 26 in ITBP, 134 in CISF, 63 in SSB, 22 in NSG and 25 in NDRF.
Death rate of patients in forces 0.59 percent
Data shows that as of June 6, 10 people have died in the CAPF and two other forces. The rate of death from corona in the forces is 0.59 percent. However, till June 8, 14 soldiers have died due to corona in CAPF. These central forces have about one million personnel and officers in total.
