The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has decided to postpone the ICSI CS exam in June 2021 amid the rapidly growing coronavirus crisis in the country. The ICSI CS Executive and Professional Examination were scheduled to begin on June 1, while the CS Foundation Examination was scheduled to begin on June 5.

The institute said that this decision has been taken to protect the interests of the candidates and keeping in mind their wellbeing and safety because of the situation of the Covid-19 epidemic.

According to ICSI, the revised schedule of examination will be released after reviewing the corona crisis. Under the new schedule, a notice of notice shall be issued at least 30 days before the commencement of the examination. Earlier last month, ICSI had said that it would conduct the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Company Secretary Examination on June 2021 at the scheduled time.
