Authorities have taken a big decision in the Chinese city of Hong Kong, because of the rise in cases of coronavirus in India. Hong Kong has postponed all flights arriving from India from Tuesday (April 20) to the next three May. Aviation sources also informed on Sunday that the Hong Kong government has also postponed flights arriving from Pakistan and the Philippines for this period. Sources said that apart from India, Hong Kong has taken this step due to increasing cases of Covid-19 in Pakistan and the Philippines.

50 passengers from India to Hong Kong were found corona infected

The Hong Kong government's decision came this month after 50 passengers from two flights of Vista Airlines were found to be infected with the coronavirus. Under Hong Kong rules, all passengers must show a negative report of Covid-19 by conducting an RT-PCR test for a maximum of 72 hours before going there.

Three people arrived positive by Mumbai-Hong Kong flight

Earlier on Sunday, the Hong Kong government announced the postponement of all flights of Vistara Airlines operating from Mumbai to Hong Kong until May 2. The decision was taken after three people who arrived on the expansion's Mumbai-Hong Kong flight were found infected with the Coronavirus on Sunday.

Corona taking a macabre form

Significantly, at the beginning of March, there was an increase in corona cases in Hong Kong as well. Thousands of people in the city were then forced to live in quarantine, but currently, there has not been a case of localized spread of corona infection in the country. On the other hand, Corona continues to wreak havoc in India. The coronavirus epidemic in the country seems to be taking a macabre form. The number of infected on Saturday has broken all records of the virus so far. According to the data of the Union Health Ministry, 2 lakh 61 thousand 500 new cases of corona have been registered in the country on Saturday. During this time, 1501 people died due to Corona.
