To avoid studies, the accused made a plan to go to jail. For this, he killed his friend. He first strangled her and then broke her beer bottle and slit her throat with a glass. The accused will be produced before the Juvenile Justice Board on Tuesday.

What happened...

Neeraj's body was found under the Delhi-Meerut Expressway at 5.30 pm on Monday. Neeraj was a resident of Akashnagar Phase-2. There was blood on his throat. When the police started an investigation, it came to know that Neeraj was last seen with a 16-year-old teenager living in the same area. When the police took the juvenile into custody, he confessed to the murder.

Read the confession...

The accused told the police that his father was a property dealer. He is weak in his studies from the beginning. Because of this, he has failed twice in 10th consecutively. For the third time, he is studying 10th. Parents put a lot of pressure on him for studies, but due to his lack of interest in studies, he wanted to stay away from his parents, so that there would be no such pressure on him. He made a plan about a month ago.

What happens in jail? Watching the video on the mobile before the murder, the police told them that he was planning that if he goes to jail, then there will be no pressure to study there. The scolding of parents will not be heard and food will be available for both times. The student also watched many videos on their mobile about what happens in jail, and how is the living condition. There was also talk of watching a video of a gangster. Well, when the student made up his mind, he was looking for such a piece, with the help of which he could go to jail. Eventually, his search stopped at Neeraj, who used to study with him.

Was taking Neeraj to the same place to kill him for three days.

The accused was trying to kill Neeraj for 3 days. That's why he was taking her daily to the same point where he killed her. He could not kill for the first two days. On Monday both the students came home from school. After some time the accused reached Neeraj's house and took him along on the pretext of roaming around. There is a deserted place under the Delhi-Meerut Expressway. Due to the high height of the expressway, no one can see it below. Even the people of the village do not go there.

Taking such a secluded place, the accused juvenile first strangled the student Neeraj. He fainted. An empty beer bottle was lying nearby. The accused broke the bottle and then hit Neeraj's neck with its glass. Due to this a lot of blood started flowing from Neeraj's neck. The accused wanted the death of Neeraj to be confirmed. After a long time when there was no movement in Neeraj's body, he returned to the village.

no regrets about what you did

When the Ghaziabad police caught the accused juvenile, he had no remorse for his actions. When SP Dehat Iraj Raja asked the reason for the murder, he was stunned to hear. The accused clearly said that he wanted to avoid studies and the scolding of his parents, so he thought it right to kill him and go to jail.
