Covid19 Update India: 3,947 new cases of corona in the country in the last 24 hours, 18 deaths

In the last 24 hours, 3,947 new cases of corona have been reported in India, while 18 people have died. With this, the total number of active cases of corona in the country has come down to 39, 583. A decrease of 325 has been recorded in the daily number of newly infected patients as compared to Thursday.

On September 29, there was an increase in the cases of coronavirus in the country. On Thursday, 4,272 new cases of corona infection were reported. At the same time, the number of patients under treatment came down to 40,750. After the arrival of new cases, the total number of infected in the country was 4,45,83,360, while 4474 people recovered from Corona.

 

The country's recovery rate is 98.72 percent

 

According to the data released by the Union Health Ministry, the number of patients under treatment for coronavirus infection in the country has come down to 40,750, which is 0.09 percent of the total cases. The national rate of recovery of corona patients is 98.72 percent.

 

The government is emphasizing vaccination

 

To overcome the coronavirus, the government is emphasizing the corona vaccine. So far, the number of vaccinations in the country has gone up to 218 crores 52 lakh 16 thousand 710. In the last 24 hours, 34 lakh 21 thousand 962 people have been given corona dose.

 

Corona's condition in 2020 and 2021

 

On 7 August 2020, the number of coronaviruses infected in the country was at 20 lakhs and it gradually increased to 40 lakhs by 5 September 2020. The total cases of infection were at 50 lakhs on September 2020, which had increased to over 90 lakhs by 20th November. On 19 December 2020, the total cases of corona in the country exceeded one crore. At the same time, in 2021 last year, the total number of infected people crossed 30 million on 23 June 2021.
