Cyclone Biparjoy: Dwarkadhish temple was closed for devotees due to 'Biparjoy', but now the doors are open again

Cyclone Biparjoy moving towards the coasts of Gujarat had taken a very dangerous form. Because of the danger, the famous Dwarkadhish temple located in Devbhoomi Dwarka district of Gujarat was closed to devotees. Now Biperjoy has moved towards Rajasthan. In such a situation, the local administration has reopened the temple. At the same time, the Saraswati River is in spate due to heavy rains. The area around Koteshwar Mahadev Temple near Shakti Peeth Ambaji in Banaskantha has been inundated.

 

The opening of the doors of the Dwarkadhish temple saw happiness among the devotees. Devotees celebrate. People were seen dancing and singing outside the temple. The local administration had decided to keep the famous Dwarkadhish temple in Devbhoomi Dwarka district closed for devotees because of Biparjoy's possible landfall on Thursday near Jakhou port in Kutch, Gujarat.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) said that the cyclone is expected to intensify into an extremely severe cyclonic storm on Thursday evening with maximum wind speed reaching 150 kmph. Dwarka sub-divisional magistrate and administrator of the Dwarkadhish temple trust, Partha Talsania, had said that the temple would remain closed for devotees on Thursday for the safety of the people because of the cyclone warning. However, the daily ritual priests were allowed inside.

 

Now the doors of the temple have opened for everyone. In such a situation, it is bound to see enthusiasm among the devotees.

 

On the other hand, a video has surfaced in which water was seen around the Koteshwar Mahadev temple. It is being told that it is raining heavily in Gujarat. Due to this Saraswati River is in spate as well as the area around Koteshwar Mahadev Temple near Shakti Peeth Ambaji in Banaskantha has been flooded.
