Delhi Coaching Centre Incident: Another new revelation in the coaching center accident, no department took responsibility.

Posted on 30th Jul 2024 09:59 am by rohit kumar

Investigation files are being sent to different departments to find out which department is negligent and which is not in the coaching accident in Rajendra Nagar. The situation is such that officers of various departments are preparing to blame each other. In the capital, there are many departments for every work.

The responsibility of the officers and employees of these departments is also fixed, but by giving and taking, only formalities are done on paper. In such a situation, people lose their lives, then in the name of action, work is done for a few days, after which the problem becomes the same as before.

For example, in recent times, one after another accidents have happened due to electric shock, in which people have lost their lives. Nobody knows what action was taken in this matter. Last year, many people lost their lives due to electric shock, and the same situation was seen in that too. Departments do not take any concrete steps to prevent such accidents. This is the reason that innocent people are losing their lives in accidents every year.

MCD did not give information, and the fire department canceled the NOC

Fire service officials said that there is no rule of fire NOC for coaching centers. Whether NOC should be given or not depends on how the building will be used. The department under whose jurisdiction the building falls asks the fire service for NOC. MCD had asked the fire service for the NOC of Rao IAS Institute.

During inspection, all the measures regarding fire safety were found to be correct. There were emergency doors. There was a special tank for water. There was fire safety equipment in the basement as well. NOC was given after checking all the rules for giving NOC. It is the responsibility of the building department of MCD to ensure that the rules of building construction are not violated anywhere.

The map of the building of Rajendra Nagar coaching center was approved and permission was given for store and parking in the basement. When permission was given for parking and store, then how was the library running here? Here this department has directly shown negligence. Also, the MCD did not inform the fire service that a library was running in the basement. After the incident, the fire department canceled the NOC.
