Gaurav Gupta, working as an Animal Welfare Officer in MP Maneka Gandhi's organization People for Animals, has filed an FIR. He said that YouTuber Elvish Yadav, along with other YouTuber members, shoots videos with snake venom and live snakes in the farmhouses of Noida-NCR.

20 ml of snake venom, five cobras, one python, two tail snakes, and one horsetail snake were recovered from them.
