The UAE leg of IPL 2021 is starting from September 19. Half of the league phase is over and now all eyes are on qualifying for the playoffs. However, the team for which this task is going to be difficult is Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), as the team has won only one match in the seven matches played so far. For this reason, the team's all-rounder Rashid Khan has said that every match in the UAE is like a final for his team, as the team has to win all seven matches out of the remaining seven matches to qualify officially. If a team loses a match, then it will depend on the results of the other teams.
Afghanistan spinner Rashid Khan while talking to SRH said, "I am happy to be with the team again and we are looking forward to the rest of the season. I am confident that my form will continue here, which I have seen in The Hundred. And T20 Blast. So I am thinking that the matches will start soon. I have been working a lot on my batting for the last one and a half years. I am trying different types of shots Because I will practice only then I will be able to play those shots in the match.
Rashid Khan has also admitted that the first half of IPL 2021 has not been good for the team under the captaincy of David Warner. He has said, "We have not had a good first half played in India, but now we are looking forward together and try to finish it in a good place. We will take every match as a final and I will give my 100 percent. I believe we have played a lot in UAE conditions, but we know the competition will be tough here too."
