Apart from this, Sanju played a century in the first match of this league as captain, which was not done by any other captain till now. The record of playing the biggest individual innings against any team in the IPL so far is still in the name of Chris Gayle. Gayle scored an unbeaten 175 for RCB and he is in first place in this list, while Brandon McCullum scored an unbeaten 158 for KKR and he is second. In the same way, KL Rahul has scored the biggest innings so far for Punjab, Rishabh Pant for Delhi, Murali Vijay for Chennai, David Warner for Hyderabad.
