IND vs WI: Captain Rohit Sharma got to rest, gave 'knowledge' to the entire team after the match

Team India won the five-match T20 International series 4-1 against West Indies. Captain Rohit Sharma was rested from the last match of the series. Hardik Pandya led the team in place of Rohit. After the end of the series, in the dressing room, while encouraging the young players, Rohit said some such things, which prove that this team has taken a lesson from the T20 World Cup 2021 defeat. Rohit said that the way every player is understanding their responsibility towards the team is great to see. Rohit also warned the team that our work is not over yet. In the T20 World Cup 2021, Team India lost its first two matches and after that, the team could not even reach the semi-finals.

 

After winning the series, Rohit said in the dressing room, 'We always keep talking about what we wanted to do, how we want to play, it is always a matter of discussion and the other thing is that we are on the field. What do you do, how do you try? I think it is important that everyone tries, and most people went on the field and they did it.

Rohit further said, 'I liked watching this the best. So now we are not the team that has one or two match winners, we all know how to win matches. First of all, I would like to thank everyone is adopting this kind of thinking and then performing accordingly on the field. Believe me, it is not that easy, but we tried and succeeded. On most occasions, we have succeeded, but that doesn't mean that we had that much work, we have to keep doing it continuously.
