Wonderful fielding of Indian team: Radha reminded Jonty Rhodes in the final against Australia, Deepti caught like Kapil

Our women's cricket team may have lost the final match of the Commonwealth Games against Australia, but the fielding of the Indian players won the hearts of the fans. At one time, Australia's team, growing like a score of 180-190 runs, was stopped on 161 runs due to India's excellent fielding. There were at least four moments in the match when the players of Team India won the applause of the audience based on fielding.

In the 11th over of the Australian innings, Radha Yadav runs out Mag Lenning. Radha herself was bowling. On his first ball, striker Beth Mooney played a shot towards the bowler. Radha had become unbalanced in an attempt to stop him, but he hit the ball on the stumps with a falling back flick. Mag Lanning was outside the crease and despite all the efforts she could not bring her bat in and was run out. Lanning scored only 36 runs in 26 balls.

Radha took a strong catch in the 12th over.

In the 12th over of the Australian innings, Radha caught a brilliant catch by Tahlia McGrath off Deepti Sharma. McGrath played a shot towards the backward point. In the 90s, Radha took a brilliant catch while diving in the style of Jonty Rhodes, the famous fielder of South Africa. McGrath could only score 2 runs in 4 balls.

Deepti Sharma reminds Kapil Dev

Sneh Rana was bowling in the 18th over of the Australian innings. On the second ball of this over, Beth Mooney played an aerial shot towards mid-on. Deepti Sharma took a brilliant catch while running backward. Seeing this catch of Deepti, the commentators said that Deepti reminded Kapil Dev's catch in the 1983 World Cup final. In the final match of the 1983 World Cup, Kapil Dev also took the catch of West Indies batsman Viv Richards while running backward. Mooney scored 61 runs off 41 balls.

Smriti runs out in the last over

On the second ball of the last over of the Australian innings, Smriti Mandhana runs out Jess Jonasson. Mandhana's pickup and the throw were a sight to behold.
