Jacqueline Fernandez: ED summons Jacqueline Fernandez again in the extortion case of 200 crores

Jacqueline Fernandez ED Enquiry: The Enforcement Directorate has summoned Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez today for questioning in the case of bigoted Sukesh Chandrashekhar. Jacqueline has been questioned many times by the ED regarding this matter. In the Sukesh Chandrasekhar case, the ED interrogated Jacqueline several times and recorded her statement. Let us tell you that a few days ago, the Enforcement Directorate had also issued a lookout notice against Jacqueline in the alleged money laundering case. However, the court had suspended the lookout notice against Jacqueline. The court had allowed Jacqueline to attend the IIFA Awards to be held in Abu Dhabi from May 31 to June 6.

 

Let us tell you that ED's investigation is going on regarding the allegation of extortion of Rs 200 crore on thug Sukesh Chandrashekhar. It is alleged that jailed Sukesh Chandrashekhar gave expensive gifts to Jacqueline. Acting on him, the ED also attached his property worth Rs 7 crore, which was given by accused Sukesh as a gift to Jacqueline. The ED said in its charge sheet that Pinky Irani, an aide of Sukesh Chandrashekhar, had made Jacqueline meet him. It is alleged that Sukesh Chandrashekhar had delivered expensive gifts and cash to Jacqueline through Pinky Irani. Mahathug Sukesh Chandrashekhar is accused of extorting extortion from the wife of a Delhi-based businessman and sending a gift of crores of rupees to Jacqueline Fernandez.

He had demanded to be shifted to a jail outside Delhi, claiming that his life was in danger in Tihar Jail. Not only this, Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who was in jail, sat on hunger strike since May 23. His demand is that going against the prison rules, he should be allowed to meet his wife Lina Maria Paul more than twice a month.
