The ED said in its charge sheet that Pinky Irani, an aide of Sukesh Chandrashekhar, had made Jacqueline meet him. It is alleged that Sukesh Chandrashekhar had delivered expensive gifts and cash to Jacqueline through Pinky Irani. Mahathug Sukesh Chandrashekhar is accused of extorting extortion from the wife of a Delhi-based businessman and sending a gift of crores of rupees to Jacqueline Fernandez.
