Kangana had said something in the post giving this information that she had come in the headlines. Kangana had said that she has many tips to avoid the disease but she will not tell people about it. After saying this, Kangana Ranaut has now shared the secret of defeating Covid by sharing the video. Due to which she has also come under the target of trolls.

On the old controversy

Kangana has shared a video on her Instagram account, in which she is seen saying - 'Last time I announced, some people were very hurt because I said that this small-time defeats the virus. There is no independence here, some groups of negative people dominate very much. But my sister said that if these people just go, then they will stop you from breathing. Such people should not be allowed to dominate themselves. So I want to share my experiences with you '.

Kangana said- First of all, do not be afraid, first identify the problem is external or internal. You also have to take care that it does not infect anyone else. Divide it into physical, mental, and emotional ... my throat was aching, my mind was like a mist. Due to which test and smell were not coming. I took steam two or three times a day, it gives instant relief. Drinking the decoction was a relief, my parents had sent Giloy. I did stretching and yoga for that I was feeling very tired. On being disturbed mentally, I did meditation, pranayama, it would be good if you chant Om as well. I stayed away from TV and digital.

People trolling

Many people have described this video of Kangana as inspiring, while many trolls also appeared to be targeting Kangana. One troll said that first show your report, then how can you call it a small-time virus by another troll, when so many people are falling ill in the country.
