The Congress party has made a tremendous comeback in the Lok Sabha elections 2024. Emerging from its worst electoral performance in the 2014 and 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the party has performed well. Many important reasons are being given behind this performance of the party. Usually, the post of National President of the Congress Party remains with the members of the Gandhi family. Sonia Gandhi has been the national president of the party for years.
