Maharashtra ATS also suspects Sachin Vaje, will demand custody for investigation in Mansukh Hiren case

After the NIA in the Mukesh Ambani case, now Maharashtra ATS also suspects Sachin Vaje. This is the reason that the ATS probing the Mansukh Hiren death case will seek the custody of suspended police officer Sachin Waze today. Today's hearing in Sachin Vajhe's anticipatory bail plea is scheduled in Thane's sessions court, which will be opposed by the ATS and then demand Waje's custody. Meanwhile, the NIA confirmed on Wednesday that Sachin Vaje was the man shown in the CCTV footage during the night of 25 February when a car laden with explosives was found near Mukesh Ambani's house. The NIA said that in CCTV footage, Sachin Vazhe can be seen covering his head with a large handkerchief so that no one can identify him. Sachin Vazhe wore an over-sized kurta-pajama (pajama) to cover the face and not be able to reveal his identity. The agency stated that it was not a PPE kit. This was done so that no one could identify with their behavior and behavior.

 

Explain that the police officer Sachin Waze, who was suspended and arrested on March 13 in this case, was associated with the CIU of the crime branch of the city police. Sachin Vazhe has been sent to NIA custody till Sunday 25 March. On Saturday, he filed an anticipatory bail petition in the District and Sessions Court of Thane. The court refused to grant interim relief in the hearing of the case and issued a notice to the state government seeking an answer and listed the matter for today's hearing.
