Monkeypox cases are increasing rapidly in Europe, but US President Joe Biden does not currently feel the need for strict measures to stop it. President Biden has said that he has not yet felt the need for strict measures for monkeypox spreading in many countries of the world. He compared monkeypox to the corona epidemic and said, 'I don't think the monkeypox virus can rise to the level of concern, to the level of the Kovid-19 epidemic.

Monkeypox is rarely identified outside of Africa. But as of Friday, it had 80 confirmed cases worldwide. Of these, at least two and another 50 suspected cases were found in the US. A possible case of monkeypox was also being investigated in South Florida's Broward County on Sunday.

Earlier on Sunday, Biden said that there was a need to be concerned about the recent cases of monkeypox in Europe and America. Commenting publicly on this disease for the first time, Biden said that the concern is that if this infection spreads then it will have to bear the consequences.

WHO had confirmed

On Saturday, the World Health Organization (WHO) confirmed 80 cases of monkeypox in 11 countries. Let us tell you that WHO is researching the causes of this new disease and its dangers and prevention so that the risks along with the reasons behind it can be found out. In a statement released on Thursday, the WHO said that this virus is endemic, and is present in animals in some countries. Due to this, this infection spreads only between local tourists and people.
