However, IMD has predicted 103 percent rainfall.

Delhi's minimum temperature on Thursday was recorded at 26.6 degrees Celsius, a notch below normal. The IMD said that under the influence of these meteorological conditions, there is a possibility of scattered rains in Himachal Pradesh till Friday.
Heavy rain will occur in many parts of West Bengal
