Among them is a 16-year-old child. Rajasthan University of Health Science (RUHS) superintendent Ajit Singh Shekhawat said that all have been quarantined considering Omicron suspects. Their samples have also been sent for genome sequencing. However, except for children, all people have received both doses of the vaccine. He does not have symptoms of corona and is in good health.


10 people including 9 foreigners who reached Mumbai by international flights corona infected

Here, the test report of 10 people, including 9 foreign nationals who came to Mumbai by international flights, has come corona positive. This elderly person has returned from Zimbabwe, an African country included in the 'At Risk List' and his Covid test report has come out positive. Zimbabwe is included in the 'at-risk list' prepared by the central government regarding the Omicron variant.


Jamnagar Municipal Commissioner Vijaykumar Kharadi said that the elderly have been quarantined and their samples have been sent to Ahmedabad for genome sequencing for Omicron-linked tests. It will take about a week for the genome sequencing report to come out.
