Crude oil prices are once again seen crossing the hundred dollars per barrel. Crude oil reached close to $ 90 a barrel on Friday. Meanwhile, public sector oil companies have released new prices for petrol and diesel. According to this list, as on October 7, 2022, the cheapest fuel in the country is in Port Blair, while the most expensive fuel is in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. Brent crude prices have reached 94.58 and WTI prices have reached $ 88.68 per barrel. According to the official website of the Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL), the prices of petrol and diesel across the country remain stable for the time being. No changes have been made to these.

 

Petrol is being sold at Rs 96.72 per liter and diesel at Rs 89.62 per liter on October 7 in the country's capital Delhi. In Noida, petrol is being sold at Rs 96.79 and diesel at Rs 89.96 per liter. Apart from this, petrol is being sold at Rs 96.58 per liter in Ghaziabad, while the price of diesel is Rs 89.75 per liter. In Gurugram, petrol is being sold at Rs 97.18 and diesel at Rs 90.05 per liter. Talking about other metros of the country, the price of petrol in Mumbai remains Rs 106.31 and diesel at Rs 94.27 per liter. In Kolkata, petrol is being sold at Rs 92.76 and diesel at Rs 106.03 per liter. In Chennai, the price of a liter of petrol remains at Rs 102.63, and diesel at Rs 94.24 per liter.

 

Petrol and diesel prices vary in different states due to different taxes. You can find out the price of petrol and diesel in your city by sending an SMS. For this, customers of Indian Oil (IOCL) will have to write an RSP code and send it to the number 9224992249. You can find out the RSP code of your city by visiting the IOCL website.
