Let me tell you, on Thursday, Jathedar of Shri Akal Takht Sahib Giani Harpreet Singh has rejected the demand of separatist fugitive Amritpal Singh to call Sarbat Khalsa on Baisakhi. He made it clear that calling Sarbat Khalsa for any particular person cannot be considered. The Jathedar said that Sarbat Khalsa can be called only in the event of a crisis looming over the Sikh community. Such a big decision can be taken only after seriously considering the deep religious issues of the community.
