The Russian army on Monday claimed to have captured the area of the Seversky Donets River and the city of Toshkivka near the city of Severodonetsk in eastern Ukraine. The military head of Luhansk has warned of a Russian attack on the city of Severodonetsk. Serhi Heyde said on Monday that the Russian military had enough weapons to launch a large-scale attack on the city. Heyde said that the Russians have deployed heavy military equipment around the area.
