Sachin Tendulkar met Sir Gary Sobers at Lord's, wrote- My 1000th Insta post couldn't be better than this

Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar on Friday (July 15) achieved another big achievement in his name. Tendulkar, known as the 'Lord of Cricket', completed his 1,000 posts on the social media platform Instagram. The 'Master Blaster' met with legendary West Indies all-rounder Sir Gary Sobers during the second ODI against England at Lord's. He posted pictures of the meeting on Instagram, which was his 1000th post. More than 70,000 likes have come on this post of Sachin within half an hour.

 

Sachin Tendulkar wrote in the caption of this photo, 'Looks at Lord's for the only match with Sir Gary! My 1000th post on Instagram can't get better than this! a special moment.'

Apart from Sachin, former Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh also met with Sir Gary Sobers during the second ODI. He wrote in the caption accompanying this post, 'With two great masters of the game.' During the match, Tendulkar was seen sitting in the stands with Sourav Ganguly, the President of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and former India captain. The pair of Sachin and Sourav is the most successful Indian opening pair in ODI cricket history.

 

MS Dhoni and Suresh Raina were also present in the stands at Lord's Cricket Stadium during the second ODI between India and England. Raina posted pictures on Twitter from the stands with Dhoni and Harbhajan. In the second ODI, hosts England beat India by 100 runs to level the three-match ODI series 1-1. Now the third and deciding ODI between the two teams will be played in Manchester on Sunday (17 July).
