Sushil Kumar, who is absconding in the wrestler Sagar murder case, has filed a petition for anticipatory bail in Rohini court on Tuesday. The matter will be heard today.
Police placed a reward of one lakh on Sushil
Significantly, Sushil Kumar is absconding since the death of Sagar on May 4. Delhi Police said on Monday that it will give a reward of one lakh rupees to anyone giving information about Sushil Kumar.
The police also said that an amount of Rs 50 thousand will be given to those persons, who will give information about another accused Ajay in this case. On Saturday, a Delhi court also issued a non-bailable warrant against the star wrestler.
According to police officials, Ajay is not only a trainer but also a deep friend of Sushil. There is more apprehension that Ajay is helping Sushil in hiding. Hence the reward is declared on both of them simultaneously. Due to this, all the doors of their escape have been closed. Police are raiding different places in Delhi-NCR. However, no clue has been found so far.
On the other hand, officials say that Susheel can surrender after all escape routes are closed. In this regard, the next one or two days are very important for him. Meanwhile, he should surrender to the police. Police say that a dozen Sushil's locations have been raided. In such a situation, his emphasis is that he should not allow Sushil to surrender. Instead, he manages to get arrested.
