Threatening letter to Salman

 

It may be recalled that three members of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang had sent a threatening letter to actor Salman Khan and his father Salim Khan and it was part of gangster Vikram Brar's conspiracy to extort money by intimidating the father-son duo. Police officers claimed this. He said that an alleged member of the gang, Mahakal alias Siddhesh Kamble, was arrested by the Pune Police and he gave the said information during interrogation. According to an India Today report, the Mumbai Police, which is probing the case, said that the threat letter was a publicity stunt by gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's gang. According to officials, the threat was made at the behest of Vikram Barad, an aide of Bishnoi, who is currently based in Canada.
