Significantly, there was a 69-run partnership between Manish Pandey and Akshar Patel, which took Delhi to a respectable score. Delhi scored 144 runs in 20 overs.

 

Hyderabad batsmen disappointed

 

Chasing this target, the Hyderabad batsmen made a strategy to take the innings forward a bit more comfortably. The Hyderabad team lost this match by seven runs. Significantly, after the end of the match, only 6 wickets of Hyderabad had fallen. For Hyderabad, Mayank Agarwal played the maximum innings of 49 runs in 39 balls.

 

Warner praised Ishant Sharma

During the post-match presentation, David Warner said, "Hyderabad crowd is great. Everyone supported us well. We fought back and took the two points. Akshar and Kuldeep have good experience and need them in the middle overs." Well used.

 

He further said that Ishant has worked hard and bowled well. We will try to win the next match as well.
