Sunny Deol further said, 'Gadar' was a big hit. After this, my struggle period started, because I was not offered subjects or scripts and things were not happening. Although I did some films in between, but there was a gap of 20 years, but I did not give up. I was always moving forward. I came into films because I wanted to be an actor, not a star. I had seen my father's films and I also wanted to do films like that.
On this, Rajkumar Santoshi said, "I believe that the industry has not done justice to Sunny Deol's talent, but God has done justice."
