Makki said that he has been declared a Global Terrorist because of India, but he was not heard before giving the verdict.
China has been obstructing
Pakistan's infamous terrorist Abdul Rehman Makki said that the United Nations Security Council unilaterally put it on the list of Global Terrorist, and it is regrettable. It said due process was not followed about the listing. Makki is the deputy chief of the terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba. Till now China was obstructing the way of declaring him a global terrorist in the UNSC.
'Never met bin Laden or Zawahiri'
In a video released from jail, Makki said, 'I believe that the decision to include my name in the terrorist list is based on misinformation by the Government of India. I have never met Osama bin Laden, Ayman al-Zawahiri, or Abdullah Azam as alleged in some reports. Makki claimed that the actions of Al Qaeda and ISIS were contrary to his ideology. He said, 'I condemn all forms of terrorism and violence carried out by such groups.'
'Never been faculty'
Makki, who has been declared a global terrorist in a video released from Lahore's Kot Lakhpat Jail, also denied allegations of being faculty of the Islamic University of Islamabad in the 1980s. Makki said that he has never taught in an Islamic university, and he has never been a faculty. Makki is the brother-in-law of Hafiz Saeed, the mastermind of the 26/11 Mumbai blasts. Makki has already been declared a global terrorist in India and America.
