The jail officer said that after being found guilty in the departmental inquiry, an FIR can be lodged against them.
Jail officials said that the negligence of two assistant superintendents, one head warder, and four warders of jail number eight-nine has come to the fore. Investigation revealed that these people were not present there during the incident. All of them have been suspended. Along with this, a departmental inquiry is being done.
