After the farmers' organizations and Delhi Police agreed on the January 26 tractor parade, preparations are in full swing at the Sindhu and Tikri border. Continuation of the arrival of tractors from Punjab and Haryana continues. According to sources, till Sunday night, about 20,000 tractors have reached Tikri, Sindhu, and Ghazipur border. Farmer leaders claim that one million tractors will arrive by the morning of 26 January.

Road opened from one side at Tiki border

After the route was agreed on Sunday evening, Delhi Police removed barricading from one side of the road coming from the Tiki border towards Delhi. The road has been cleared by removing barricades of cement and large containers of iron, about one kilometer ahead of the movement site. Simultaneously, the Delhi Police and CRPF personnel have also taken over the security system on the prescribed route. The highest number of tractors in the parade will come from Delhi at the Tiki border. That is why the system here is most chalk-proof. The police have placed a condition that no more than three people will sit on a tractor. Farmers' organizations and police will spend time on Monday to decide other things.

Market will be closed, roads will also be empty

There will be no one but security forces and farmers during the tractor rally on January 26 on the route from Tikri to Delhi. According to a police officer, all the shops will be closed on the evening of 25 January. This is so that vehicles and shops are not damaged if something goes wrong. The area where the farmers have gathered around the Tiki border is residential. Therefore, heavy security arrangements have been made here. In addition to the fixed route of the parade, a diversion plan has also been prepared on the surrounding roads.

1000 volunteers of the Kisan Social Army will also be posted

One thousand Volunteers of Farmers Social Army will also be deployed for the tractor parade coming from Tikari Border to Delhi. This list will also be shared with the police. Ajit Singh, who is leading these volunteers, said, 'Volunteers will be in dress code. Among them, apart from providing first aid, water and tea, there will also be tractor mechanics. We are also training them for this.

Discussion on flags on tractors

Three types of flags are being used on the tractors participating in the parade. Which includes the farmers' organization, the tricolor (national flag), and the Khalsa Panth flag. It has been announced by the United Kisan Morcha that an organization may not use the tricolor on its tractor, but will not insult it. Farmers from Haryana and UP have put a tricolor on their tractors with the farmer's organization. At the same time, tractors from Punjab have a flag of the farmers' organization and the Khalsa.

Senior farmer leaders will be responsible if disturbances occur

Guarantee has been taken from the farmer's leaders that no one should try to spoil the atmosphere during the parade. According to police sources, if there is some confusion during the parade, senior farmer leaders will be considered responsible for this and action will be taken on them.

How many kilometers allowed on which route

The tractor rally route has been decided from 63 to 64 km from Tikri Border, 62 to 63 km from Sindhu Border, and 46 km from Ghazipur Border. Farmers will be able to enter Delhi only from the borders of Sindhu, Tikri, and Ghazipur. Farmers sitting on the Palwal and Shahjahanpur border will not be allowed to enter Delhi by that route. The farmers sitting here want to come to the ashram via the Badarpur border. But the police say that if they want to join the parade, then come by the fixed route.

Tractor-trolley colony spread over an area of about 32 kilometers

The largest number of farmers during the movement are on the Tikri border. Farmers have been stuck with tractor-trolleys for over two months in an area of about 32 km here. The number of tractors on the Tikri border itself is also the highest. According to police sources, there are 10 to 12 thousand tractors on Tikri.
