Amit Shah inaugurated the Ghasiyari Kalyan Yojana in the program and computerization of 670 multi-purpose cooperative societies of the state. During this, he attacked Congress fiercely. Shah began his address with greetings to the people of Devbhoomi.

Said that even after being unwell, I have come to bow to the people of Devbhoomi. Self. Atal Bihari Vajpayee made Uttarakhand. In Devbhoomi, sisters and mothers have to bring fodder for the animals in adverse conditions on the mountain tops. The problem of these sisters and mothers will be solved with the Ghasiyari scheme.

Said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is busy beautifying Uttarakhand. BJP will again form the government in Uttarakhand. Chief Minister Dhami is also working very hard. Uttarakhand is on the path of development. Uttarakhand has witnessed overall development in the last four years. Bharatiya Janata Party under the leadership of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami is committed to the development of the state. Farmers are getting the benefits of the schemes. Work is going on on several projects.

Former Chief Minister Harish Rawat's challenge

Attacking the Congress, Amit Shah said that the announcements made during the 2017 elections are almost complete. Liquor scam happened during Congress's tenure. Congress is a party of disobedience. Congress party is a party of luxury. They have nothing to do with democracy. Congress only appeases. Congress ignored the farmers.

Appears only in elections Congress

Where is the Congress party in crisis? The party was not seen during the floods and corona infection in the state. Congress is visible only in elections. Party leaders are getting new clothes stitched.

We are working with a clear intention. We have counted works worth 85 thousand crores. on which work is in progress. These works will be completed in the next five years. But Congress only performs or else goes to the shelter of Rahul Gandhi in Delhi. Shah challenged former Chief Minister Harish Rawat that there should be a discussion at any crossroads on how much work the Congress has done on the manifesto of its government's time. Shah challenged them to an open debate. The BJP has fulfilled about 85 percent of the promises made in its manifesto.

Said that Congress goes back on its promises. Earlier when I had come to Uttarakhand during the Congress government, some people met me and told me that it is permissible to block the highway on Friday and offer Namaz there. Congress only does appeasement and cannot do any welfare work for Uttarakhand.

In the coming time, the people of Uttarakhand should not take wrong decisions. Support BJP and trust PM Modi and give a chance to Pushkar Singh Dhami. We will change Uttarakhand. Said that if you have to buy a matka in the house, then they put a tokra (to see whether the market is raw or sure) on it. So, which government to select, you should also see this by putting this box. Otherwise, it (Congress) will again do politics of allegations. Nothing will work and the winds of corruption will come.

Development has started in Uttarakhand. Support him. In the end, Shah ended his address with the slogans of Bhagwan Badri-Kedarnath and Bharat Mata Ki Jai and left the venue.
