Vladimir Putin's big announcement amid defeat from Ukraine imposed military rule in four provinces

President Vladimir Putin has made a big announcement amid the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine. On Wednesday, he announced the military rule in four provinces of Ukraine. Last month, Putin announced the merger of these provinces with Russia. After the referendum, Vladimir Putin said that these territories now belong to Russia. Vladimir Putin has ordered the creation of a Coordinating Council that will work to coordinate with the Russian regime in Ukraine.

 

"We want to accomplish a lot of difficult tasks for the future of Russia and find a solution to this problem," Putin said. Let us tell you that this big step has been taken after facing defeat by Russian troops in many places including Kherson in Ukraine.
