Meteorologist Dr. Atul Kumar says that till August 17, there will be showers with thunder and lightning in most of the districts of the state. Heavy rain can also occur in some places. Due to light clouds in Kanpur of the state in the next five days, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain at the local level with strong winds and thunder.
Heavy rain will occur in Bihar for the next 7 days
The effect of monsoon remains in the entire Bihar including the capital Patna. Due to its impact, there is a possibility of light and heavy rain with thunder and lightning at different places in the districts including Patna (Heavy Rain in Patna) for the next seven days. On Tuesday, light rain is expected in Patna and other parts, while a yellow alert has been issued for heavy rain in five districts Gopalganj, Siwan, Buxar, Kaimur, and Rohtas. There is no possibility of any significant change in temperature during the next five days.

During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain is expected in Uttarakhand, Haryana, Delhi, East Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, parts of Madhya Pradesh, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Jharkhand, Northeast India, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Rayalaseema and South Interior Karnataka, with heavy rain at some places.
