There is a possibility of heavy rain once again in Central and East India. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), a low pressure area has developed over the Bay of Bengal. Its effect will start showing in the next three days especially in Central and East India. Meteorologists said, the effect of low pressure area will be in the capital Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and some parts of Punjab.

 

 

Meteorologists say that the western end of the monsoon trough is likely to shift from normal to north from August 19. It will remain like this for the next two to three days. Due to this, there is a possibility of light rain in the southern parts as well.

 

Heavy rain in Delhi from tomorrow

 

In the midst of humidity in the capital Delhi, the weather will once again take a turn from the evening of 20 August. Rain activities will start. Rain may increase during August 21 and 22. Due to this, the maximum temperature will also see a drop of up to one degree.

 

Yellow alert in Uttarakhand

 

There is a possibility of heavy rain at isolated places in four districts of Uttarakhand within the next 24 hours. In such a situation, the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert. There is also a possibility of lightning in some areas. Vikram Singh, Director and Senior Meteorological Center of Meteorological Center said that there is a possibility of heavy rain in Dehradun, Nainital, Champawat, Udham Singh Nagar in the next 24 hours.

 

Chance of rain for three days in Himachal

 

Heavy rain alert has been issued in Himachal Pradesh for three days. According to the Meteorological Center Shimla, there is a yellow alert of heavy rain in the state from August 19 to 21. The weather is likely to remain bad in the entire state till August 24. According to the department, landslides can occur in the hilly areas in the event of heavy rains. In such a situation, people have been asked to follow the advisory issued by the local administration. According to the department, light to moderate rain is likely to continue during the next three to four days. There is a possibility of heavy rain in Kangra, Kullu, Mandi, Shimla, Solan, Sirmaur, Una, Hamirpur and Bilaspur districts.

 

Weather will change in Madhya Pradesh in 48 hours

 

The rain has almost stopped in Madhya Pradesh. There has also been a significant jump in temperature. There is a possibility that the weather may change again after the next 48 hours. Rain activity is likely to increase. The forecast of the Meteorological Department for the next 24 hours says that at few places in the districts of Shahdol, Rewa, Jabalpur divisions, at isolated places in the districts of Indore, Ujjain, Narmadapuram, Bhopal, Chambal, Gwalior and Sagar divisions, there will be rain or thundershower. Heavy rain in Odisha, Bengal and Jharkhand

 

According to IMD, Odisha, Gangetic West Bengal, Jharkhand may receive thunderstorms in the next 24 to 48 hours. Meteorologists say that there is a possibility of rain in Chhattisgarh, Sikkim, from August 19 to 21. Apart from this, there is a possibility of rain and thundershowers in Rajasthan, Gujarat till August 22. Lightning may also occur in some areas here.
