Weather Update Today: It will rain in these states including UP, Bihar, and Odisha today! IMD told the weather condition across the country

The weather pattern has changed rapidly in the last few hours in the country. Apart from Delhi-NCR, UP, and Uttarakhand, there has been raining along with strong winds in many states. After the rain, people have got some relief from the heat. The weather in Delhi-NCR remains pleasant even today. The Meteorological Department has issued rain forecasts in some states even today.

 

Chance of light rain in these states

The department said that there is an area of a western disturbance in the form of a trough. Also, the cyclonic circulation lies over Interior Odisha and adjoining Chhattisgarh at a low level. Because of this, there is a possibility of light rain with thunder in East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Odisha, East Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh today and tomorrow.

 

Rain forecast in the Northeast as well

Apart from this, there is also a possibility of a thunderstorm with strong winds (30-40 kmph) in some areas of Jharkhand today and tomorrow. At the same time, there is a possibility of light rain in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, and Meghalaya from 9 to 12 March.

 

How will the weather be in the next few days?

IMD also told how the weather pattern is going to be in the next few days in different states of the country. The heat wave is expected in Konkan and Goa today. The maximum temperature is expected to increase by 2-4 degrees from March 9 to 12 in Northeast India.

 

Where will the temperature rise?

There is likely to be no significant change in the maximum temperature over Gujarat on 9th March. However, it may increase by 3-5 degrees during March 10-12. At the same time, the temperature may increase in Konkan and Goa today and tomorrow. The maximum temperature is expected to increase by 4 to 6 degrees in central India today and tomorrow.
