
Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi has launched Xiaomi 13 Ultra. The smartphone is equipped with Leica-tuned cameras with high-end custom Summicron lenses. In this article, we will tell you about its features, specifications, performance, and price.

Xiaomi 13 Ultra comes with dual SIM (Nano) and a 6.73-inch AMOLED WQHD+ (3,200 x 1,440) display. The refresh rate of this screen is up to 120Hz and its touch sampling rate is 360Hz. Its display has a brightness level of 1,300 nits and runs MIUI 14 based on Android 13 out-of-the-box. The Xiaomi 13 Ultra packs a 5,000mAh battery unit with 90W wired and 50W wireless fast charging support. With the wired fast charging solution, this smartphone will be fully charged in 34 minutes.

Xiaomi 13 Ultra is powered by a 4nm octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset along with Adreno 740 GPU. It is equipped with up to 16GB of LPPDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.

The main attraction of the smartphone is the camera unit provided to it. The company has introduced a Leica-tuned rear quad camera unit in it. This setup includes a 50-megapixel 1-inch IMX989 sensor and three 50-megapixel IMX858 sensors. These cameras offer 6 different focal lenses and come with Summicron lenses adapted by Leica. Xiaomi 13 Ultra has a 32-megapixel front camera. The camera settings also include a Fast Shot mode designed for street photography. With its help, you will be able to click a picture within just 0.8 seconds.
The company has also given hibernation mode to the device. It activates when the phone has only 1 percent battery backup left. With this, the smartphone will be able to stay on for 60 minutes even at 1% capacity, and will provide a talk time of 12 minutes. According to the company, the smartphone comes with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance and an in-display fingerprint sensor for biometrics.
Price and Color Options
The company has introduced it with Black, White, and Green color options. Let us tell you that Xiaomi 13 Ultra is available in three storage configurations. The company has priced its 12GB RAM and 256GB inbuilt storage variant at CNY 5,999 (roughly Rs. 71,600), while the mid-range 16GB + 512GB RAM and storage variant costs CNY 6,499 (roughly Rs. 77,500) and the top-of-the-line variant. The line has been priced at CNY 7,299 (roughly Rs. 87,000) for the 16GB + 1TB variant. Let us tell you that Xiaomi has just launched this smartphone in the Chinese market only. No official announcement has been made yet for its launch in India.
