27-year-old Indian mountaineer Baljit Kaur, who went missing after conquering the world's 10th highest peak Mount Annapurna, has been safely rescued. Baljit Kaur, a resident of Mamlig in Solan district, overcame this obstacle with her strong will to live, mountaineering experience, and skills learned during her training. He fought to the death in the snow for about 19 hours. After reaching Base Camp-4, he has been admitted to Kathmandu Hospital (Nepal). His condition is better.

 

The rescue has done like this

Baljit reached the Annapurna Peak with two guides at around 5.15 pm on Monday. After this, she went missing after having difficulty breathing while returning to the base camp. His radio signal contact was also lost. On Tuesday morning, Baljit sent a radio signal of being near Base Camp-Four. He immediately called for help.

 

According to the expedition's organizer Pioneer Adventure Company, Baljit's GPS location was found at an altitude of 7,375 meters. On this basis, the rescue operation was started. Three helicopters were used in this. At around one in the afternoon, the rescue team found them.
