Haryana to Consult Ramdev to Promote Yoga

Chandigarh, Jan 14 (IANS) The Haryana government has decided to hold consultation with yoga guru Ramdev to promote yoga and Ayurveda in the state, a minister said Wednesday.

Health Minister Anil Vij said he will meet Ramdev in Haridwar Thursday to hold discussions on promoting yoga and Ayurveda.

"Today yoga is recognized all over the world and Baba Ramdev has made invaluable contribution to it. Ayurveda is our traditional medical science which can cure many diseases," Vij said.
