Trickster China has once again got a befitting reply for its cleverness. This time the Indian Army has once again defeated China in the Tawang sector of Arunachal Pradesh. On December 9, around 300 Chinese soldiers tried to remove Indian posts on the LAC in Tawang's Yangtse, after which there was a face-off between the soldiers of India and China. About 30 soldiers from both sides were injured in the conflict during this period. A large number of the injured are being told of Chinese soldiers. Immediately after this clash on LAC, a flag meeting was also held between the military commanders of the Tawang sector of India and China to restore peace on the border. So let us tell you what has happened so far in this development.
On December 9, Chinese soldiers did the bravery
On December 9, around 200 soldiers of the Chinese army infiltrated Yangtse in the Tawang sector of Arunachal Pradesh. Indian soldiers stopped the soldiers of the Chinese army, after which there was a scuffle between the two sides. The Chinese soldiers attacked with barbed wire-wrapped baseball bats, to which the Indian soldiers retaliated. Soldiers have been injured from both sides. The Indian Army informed about the injuries of 6 soldiers. The Chinese army did not officially confirm the injuries of its soldiers.
talks between commanders
After the scuffle between the soldiers of India and China, a flag meeting was held between the area commanders of the two countries under a fixed mechanism. The scuffle between the two sides in the Tawang sector is the first serious incident in the last 24 months. Indian and Chinese soldiers clashed with each other in October last year near Yangtse. It was a minor skirmish that was resolved through talks by the local commanders of both sides.
China had played the trick earlier also
After this, such information also came to light that, the Chinese Army had tried to do reconnaissance of the Indian Army through its drone planes in the Tawang sector. This incident also took place before the intrusion of the Chinese Army on 9 December. However, Indian fighter jets retaliated by repelling the drones.
CM's reaction came to the fore
After the intrusion of Chinese troops into the Tawang sector, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu said that this is not the India of 1962. If anyone tries to enter the border, a befitting reply will be given. Our brave Indian Army is not answering bricks with stones but with iron.
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh gave information in the House
In Parliament, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh informed about the whole matter. He said that the Chinese army tried to change the status quo through incursions in the Tawang sector, to which Indian soldiers repulsed them by giving a befitting reply. He said that soldiers from both sides were injured in this skirmish, but no Indian soldier suffered any serious injuries and no one was martyred.
Chinese Foreign Ministry statement
China also reacted to India's statement regarding the intrusion of Chinese soldiers. On behalf of the Foreign Ministry of China, it was said that 'the situation on the border with India is stable'. The situation on the LAC in Arunachal Pradesh is under control. In the statement, no information was given by China about the injuries of its soldiers. Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin said that talks are going on with India at the military and diplomatic levels on this issue.
Congress surrounded the government
The Congress targeted the central government over the Chinese intrusion in Tawang. On behalf of the Congress, it was said that the statement made by Defense Minister Rajnath Singh in the Parliament regarding the clash in Tawang on the Sino-Indian border is incomplete. The Congress accused the government of hiding the truth from the country. Jairam Ramesh said, 'The Congress has been trying to wake up the government regarding the Chinese antics on the border, but the Modi government is keeping silence on this to save its political image.'
Congress President called a meeting of opposition parties
Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge held a joint meeting of opposition parties regarding this matter. Kharge had earlier in a tweet praised Indian soldiers for teaching China a lesson. Also said that the Modi government should be more 'honest' on this issue.
India has full eye
The Indian Air Force is constantly monitoring the activities of China. Squadrons of Su-30 fighter jets are present at many places in Assam including Tezpur and Chhabra. Apart from this, there is a squadron of Rafale jets in Hashimara, West Bengal. Not only this, but the Indian Army has also deployed the Russian S-400 anti-missile system to strengthen the defense.
India got America's support
India got the support of America in the skirmish with Chinese soldiers in Arunachal. US Department of Defense Pentagon Press Secretary Pat Ryder said that we remain firm in our commitment to ensure the safety of our partner. We fully support India's efforts to control the situation. Earlier, America issued a statement saying that it is happy that the armies of both countries disengaged and kept the situation under control. We are closely monitoring the situation.
