During the last hearing itself, Yasin Malik had accepted these charges framed by the court in front of the court and refused to contest the case in this case.

Apart from Yasin Malik, the court also ordered Shabir Shah, Masarat Alam, Farooq Ahmed Dar alias Bitta Karate, Mohammad Akbar Khande, Raja Mehrajuddin Kalwal, Bashir Ahmed Bhatt, Mohammad Yusuf Shah, Aftab Ahmed Shah, Altaf Ahmed Shah, Naeem Khan, Zahoor Ahmed Shah Watali. These charges were framed against other Kashmiri separatist leaders including Shabbir Ahmed Shah, and Abdul Rashid Sheikh. Lashkar-e-Taiba founder Hafiz Saeed and Hizbul Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin were also named in the charge sheet filed by the investigating agency.
