add 20 000 to the rowcnt

Hi ...
I need to add 20 000 to the row count but just cant find a way to do this i am new to php coding so please can u help me,
the reason i need this is so i can clear the mysql database after it reachs 20 000

this is my code that gets the $rowcnt
