Former Indian cricket team player Robin Uthappa was sent a notice by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for questioning on September 22 in the online betting app case.

 

In this case, ED has already questioned former Team India players Suresh Raina and Shikhar Dhawan. This matter is related to the betting app 1xBet. Let us tell you that for some time now, ED has intensified the investigation against online betting platforms.

Robin Uthappa will appear before the ED on September 22

 

Actually, 39-year-old Robin Uthappa (Robin Uthappa Summoned by ED) has been sent a notice by ED to appear before them on September 22. ED is investigating this matter under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). Currently, Uthappa is part of the commentary team of the Asia Cup 2025, and now, after this notice received from ED, his troubles have increased.

 

Let us tell you that before Robin, ED has also questioned Suresh Raina and Shikhar Dhawan. Including Robin, three former Indian cricketers have joined this case in Delhi so far. Meanwhile, the statement of former Trinamool Congress MP and actress Mimi Chakraborty was also recorded on Monday.
