Arshad said, 'I will tell you one thing honestly. When I did 'Asur 1', we never thought of doing season 2. When I finished this season, I told Gaurav, the writer of the show, that you think it was great, people would like to see more and that's what happened. We did season 2.

Arshad said about season 3, 'When we were shooting for season 2, I told the makers 'Gaurav now start writing 3'. So I hope the makers must be thinking about that. Arshad further said, 'The audience has to see the end of this series. He wants to see the conclusion of the series. He wants to see who is killing people.
