Corona Cases in India: A decrease in Corona cases was recorded in the country a day ago, but today once again an increase in Corona cases has been recorded. 602 new cases have been reported in the country within a day.

 

602 cases found in the country

According to the Union Health Ministry, 602 new cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours, while five people have died. The total number of active cases of Covid-19 in the country has reached 4,440.

 

Corona cases decreased a day ago

Let us tell you that a day earlier i.e. on January 2, 573 new cases were found, while two people had died. Earlier on January 1, 636 new cases were reported in the country and three people died due to Corona.

 

One died due to Corona in Karnataka

At the same time, coronavirus is spreading rapidly in Karnataka also. The Health and Family Welfare Department said that one patient has died due to corona in the last 24 hours in Karnataka. Whereas a total of 148 positive cases have been reported in 24 hours. The deceased has been identified as a 45-year-old male from Vijayanagar.

 

1144 active patients undergoing treatment in the state

The Department of Health and Family Welfare said a total of 7305 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. A total of 1144 active cases have been registered in Karnataka till Tuesday. As of January 2, the total number of active cases in Bengaluru rural was reported as 28, while in Bengaluru urban the number was 545.
